Un duel franco-français
Ce sont les deux équipes françaises en lice lors des demi-finales de jeudi qui se se retrouveront en finale Open du 12ème Open de France Kamélis qui se jouera samedi à 15h00
Ces deux demi-finales se sont déroulées sur deux scénarios complètement différents, mais avec un point en commun : les quatre équipes ont offert du très grand polo.
Cela avec commencé par un France-Allemagne entre Body Minute, (composée du capitaine Jean-Christophe David, du n°3 Français Edouard Pan, du joueur de l’équipe de Grande-Bretagne James Beim et de l’Argentin Tomas Reinoso) et l’équipe du capitaine allemand Uwe Schröder, Tom Tailor. Un match rapide, ouvert et vif (les joueurs étaient exténués à la remise des prix) qui a été indécis jusqu’au bout puisqu’il a fallu avoir recours à une période supplémentaire pour une mort-subite signée d’un superbe coup sous l’encolure de l’Argentin Tomas Reinoso.
Dans l’autre demi-finale, l’équipe du célèbre entraineur de chevaux de course André Fabre, In-The-Wings (avec l’Argentin Francisco Bensadon, le Sud-africain Chris McKenzie et le jeune Français Florent Garaud), était confrontée à la formation luxembourgeoise Black Storm. Un match contrôlé par un grand Pancho Bensadon, qui a montré hier ce qu’est un handicap 9. L’Argentin a pris le match à son compte, tempérant ses coéquipiers : “Paciencia” leur répétait-il tout en développant des actions aussi spectaculaires que décisives. Cette patience a porté ces fruits car jamais In The Wings n’a pu être inquiété au cours de cette rencontre remportée 9 à 7.
Samedi, à 15h00, la finale sera donc une explication entre deux équipes françaises mais avec quatre nationalités différentes représentées !
A noter que se jouent aujourd’hui les demi-finales dames qui opposeront à 15H00 à Murus Sanctus, dans les Yvelines, l’équipe, Porsche Roissy (avec Lia Salvo) à Nuestra Tierra (avec la britannique Hazel Jackson).
L’autre demi-finale opposera à 18H30 à Chantilly, l ‘équipe locale La Victoire à Hecla (et non Maryland- Polo Club de Plaisance comme annoncé par erreur hier).
La finale féminine se jouera dimanche à 13H45.

COUPE GIULIANA - 6-8 GOALS
Les demi-finales de la Coupe Giuliana se joueront entre TOM TAILOR et LE POMMERAYE, puis FK REI rencontrera PAPREC ce samedi, les horaires seront sur le site web cet après-midi.

A Franco-French duel
These are the two French teams competing in the semi-finals on Thursday which will meet in the final of the 12th Open Open de France Kamélis who played Saturday at 15:00
Both semi-finals were held on two completely different scenarios, but with one thing in common: all four teams have offered great polo.
It started with a France-Germany between Minute Body (consisting of Captain Jean-Christophe David, of No. 3 French Pan Edouard, player of the team of Great Britain James Beim and Argentine Tomas Reinoso) and Team Germany captain Uwe Schröder, Tom Tailor. A quick match, open and bright (the players were exhausted at the awards ceremony) that was undecided until the end because he had to use an additional period for sudden death, signed a superb shot under neck of the Argentine Tomas Reinoso.
In the other semi-final, the team's famous racehorse trainer André Fabre, In-The-Wings (with Argentina Bensadon Francisco, South African Chris McKenzie and Florent young French Garaud) faced training Luxembourg Black Storm. A game controlled by a large Pancho Bensadon, which showed yesterday what a handicap 9.
